DK is the former General Manager of Hewlett Packard’s Software Services Business. He has over 30 years of management, IT, R&D, and professional services knowledge. He has coordinated IT due diligence for M&As and company strategic consolidations.
He has been involved in IT and Business Process Outsourcing for more than a decade and helped HP set-up its offshore centers in Bangalore and Chennai, India. He has helped other clients utilize India, China, Eastern Europe, and the Philippines for offshoring.
DK has helped numerous companies decide whether to move activities offshore and has counseled offshore companies on method to improve their quality of service and client responsiveness; not only though outsourcing, but with process simplification, automation, obsolescence, software as a service (SAS) and the use of “digital employees(1)”.
DK is a graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology in Computer Systems Engineering Technology.
DK co-developed and delivered management training in leadership, diversity, and harassment for new managers and continues to provide mentorship to high-potential, new and experienced leaders in large companies and start-ups.

Jean has extensive experience in working as part of high-tech, biotech, healthcare and local community business leadership teams on all aspects of business management. She has honed her HR skills within the high-tech, biotech, and health-care industries for over twenty years and is a strong advocate of proactive human resource management.
She has worked in RNAI technology, healthcare, semiconductor fabrication, PC distribution, and analytical businesses and at the corporate level in the applied and practical use of HR as a change agent and business partner. Jean was part of the leadership team for several significant organizational changes such as the implementation of 12-hour shifts, cultural change, the global people placement process for the split of Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.
She created a “Management Health-Check” survey and follow-up process that has been adopted in many organizations.
Jean has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Organization Development.
